What is your favorite form of exercise?  What type of exercise are you intimidated by? In today’s kick off of a very informative exercise series, Kim and Laurie share their personal experience and history with exercise.  Get ready to chuckle about Laurie’s totally 80’s spandex aerobics in college! Appropriate exercise can change with the seasons of life and definitely is not one-size-fits-all.
